To qualify for a potential replacement or refund, you must provide clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect. Any claims made after 3 days of delivery will be considered void.

3. Eligibility for Refund

  • The item is not as described or fails to meet reasonable expectations as outlined on the product page.

4. Non-Refundable Products
The following products are not eligible for any returns or refunds under any circumstances:

  • Gift cards, if applicable

6. Shipping Costs
We do not refund shipping fees. If a return or replacement is authorized, the shipping cost to return the product is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where we have sent a defective or incorrect item.

7. Processing Time for Refunds
Once a refund is approved, it may take 7-14 business days to process and appear in your account, depending on your payment method.
